Everyone lean in and give Grandma some love!
A lock on the Erie Canal. It was really cool because shortly after we showed up this boat came through and we were able to see the gates open, lower the water, gates close, fill the lock, gates open and boat drive out. Perfect timing!
Houses just weren't that tall in the early 1800's
