So, I was enjoying a personal trip to Target (read, no children) and as I was in the checkout lane I noticed a mother with a little girl about Delainey's age. What did I notice you may ask?
The little girl was clean with her hair nicely done, but mostly, she was clean. Now why would I notice that??
