Day two

On day two we were going to visit an historic park type place for a low key Sunday. Unfortunately it rained so we had to find other entertainment.

We went to the Aquarium and visited the site of a very cool, very neat tree called the Angel Oak-it reminded me of either The Lord of the Rings, or the newest Pride and Prejudice movie!!

It took everyone in our family, including grandparents, aunt and uncle, to get around the trunk of the tree (Chase really didn't want to cooperate...)

That tree looks awesome. I like big, honking trees. I went to Madras/Chennai once and didn't see their big famous Banyan tree. I continue to regret it.

Love the tree! And the new addition to the family, the frog. Wish the picture was smaller so I could print it out for the grandparets and me. Love all the posts. They are great!
